Arrived to pick up my prescription to find it closed between 2.30 and 4pm due to staff shortages. Okay, that happens, but could that information not be made known on the website? Kind of necessary to know that it won't be open. Especially when the website says that it is. Not good customer service.

I have rang the pharmacy 7 times today as I am trying to get in touch with them in regards to ordering my medication as they told me to do. Out of 7 phone calls over 4 hours, not one was answered. I am now going to be left without medication.
