I entered the Pharmacy at about 4:30pm to find shutters partially closed across the entrance. I checked the opening times which stated the pharmacy was open until 9pm. Therefore I walked around the partially open shutter to ask if the Pharmacy was still open. The man working there, I assume he was in charge, replied with "Well....the shutters are closed". (With sarcastic emphasis on the "are") A simple "No, sorry" would have sufficed. Customer service absolutely non existent. What a sarcastic, nasty little man. I won't be using this service again, I'd prefer to speak to a professional who can answer simple questions.

Visited to collect medication, was busy but queue went down quickly and was served promptly. Also booked covid booster and was dealt with professionally. Took place in a private room which protected confidential information. Would reccomend.
