I had to transfer to this pharmacy as my usual one closed down. However, I will be changing to somewhere more inconvenient as this pharmacy never has my medication in stock (very common items) even after a week after my prescription is approved they don't seem to have items in. The staff always seem confused, never knowing where items are, the system will say in stock, however, they can't find them. Just seems very unprofessional.

I booked a flu vaccine online on 13th December 2022 for the ASDA pharmacy in Huddersfield. I am entitled to a free flu vaccine because I work as a frontline healthcare worker. When I arrived at the ASDA pharmacy, I was told that the flu vaccine was out of stock and was consequently turned away. This was unnacceptable, I booked this flu vaccine on the 13th, and the pharmacy should have contacted me to inform me that the appointment would not be going ahead. The excuses provided were that the pharmacy could not see their appointments list for the flu vaccines which I don't believe at all, and that the flu vaccine for frontline healthcare workers is different to the private flu vaccine that's payable for. I will not be returning , extremely poor service.
