I have no words for this pharmacy other than it is an absolute shambles... why does it take 25 to 40 minutes to get a prescription? Why is there only one member of staff on at a time when there are about 10 people waiting? It is just awful

Today I waited an hour in the queue to be served There were 8 people in front of me, when I was served I was told my prescription, which should have been ready days ago, wasn’t ready and I should come back. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened - repeatedly I am advised prescriptions can’t be found, have been misplaced or just aren’t ready when they should be. There is always a queue no matter what time you go at. I appreciate that the staff work hard, but there must be a problem with the organisation and management of this pharmacy.
