Called in on a Sunday to collect a script ordered on the previous Thursday, was told it wasn't made up yet but would be ready on Monday no later than 3pm. Called in Monday 9am explained I knew it may not be ready yet but had another script to pick up anyway so worth asking. What ensued was a torrent of being told that I didn't put the script in when I said, that I hadn't been in on the Sunday, that I hadn't been told it would be ready Monday by 3, that my other script hadn't been ordered and that I was lying about the whole thing!!!! I did raise my voice slightly and get rather cross (which I'm not proud of) so gleaned what info I needed from another member of staff who said they would call as soon as the medication was delivered. I then said that I would discuss the initial staff members attitude with management as opposed to arguing in a store and proceeded to leave, all the while I could still hear said employee mouthing off about me to her colleagues. I picked up 1 of my scripts the next day despite receiving no promised phone call and I'm still waiting on the other one. I will be changing pharmacy due to this, and as a consequence the actual store will obviously receive less of my trade.

Hours of opening state 09:00 to 21:00 but was closed when I visited today at 13:15 !! Why is this?
