   My husband needs 4 tablets a day for Parkinson’s 112 per four weeks. In April, 56 were sent instead of 112. In May, June and July only 100 sent each month. Therefore a shortage of 92 in those four months. They have not responded to phone calls or a letter to the pharmacy manager.
