I came to collect prescription for my daughter from Asda Pharmacy at Leicester Oadby. Then: 1) After pharmasist talked with me and asked to wait, they then served people who were in the queue after me before starting prepare my prescription. 2) After they started preparing my prescription they was not able to do this and asked collegue for help. 3) They then tried to pack it in the box, but first forget to put the medicine in the box and needed to repack. 4) At the end when I (without raising voice) asked why it takes so long, the pharmasist shouted at me and suggested to go to another pharmacy.

In a time when you can't get to a gp easily you find yourself relying on pharmacists more and more. I had spent all weekend suffering from an infection and used an online Dr to get antibiotics ordered to Asda. There was a problem, not Asda's fault, but the pharmacist went to great lengths to help me. Other options were limited because I was alone with my child who has cancer, so couldn't go to walk in and risk his health. The amount of compassion she showed was above and beyond.
