   I found the staff almost hostile in their attitude, possibly in embarrassment at their disorganisation! Several of us were waiting for covid vaccinations and they had no system sorted out and claimed I had no booking. A smile would have been helpful in diffusing the situation. I have now booked another appointment elsewhere.
