I rang and rang but after approx 20 rings I get either an engaged signal or the last 2 times after 20 or so rings it came up with number not recognised? It seems that the people at Forbes Rd don't want to deal with customers or patients!

I have been on redial for the past hour to try to get through to AskChemist! I’m convinced they are picking up and cutting off customers as all of a sudden the line becomes busy!! Handy for medication delivery but answering their phone is a joke so much so that I now play the ‘they will get bored before me’ game and keep ringing!!

Key item of prescription not available. Told that the pharmacy did not stock that item. Told to seek replacement paper prescription and go to different pharmacy
