I am very grateful to the ladies of this pharmacy, they were very kind when then saw that my husband, who has dementia, was struggling to cope with the wait for his ear wax removal. A big thankyou for your compassion, especially to the young lady who came to talk to him when he was about to walk away.

Went into the branch today. They were so helpful, and the pharmacist so knowledgeable. If only our doctor was this helpful.

Booked my appointment online for today at 10.20. When I arrived their was 2 queues appointments and walk ins, in total around 30 over 75s some standing some seated. As only 2 people were doing the booster, it was taking almost an hour to be seen. I have used then before for a covid jab and it's not been to bad, but today was a disaster. Why take bookings and allow walk ins when you only have 2 staff, should have realised that these first weeks were going to be busy. Suggest they do not over extend themselves in the future, it's not all about the numbers.

Why oh why does the pharmacy not let their patients know that there is no stock of their parti ular drug that has been ordered and will have to wait several days before they get it.. I cannot believe that I had to wait for 5 days for a well k own drug Morhine that was needed quite urgently, I had to phone Aspire pharmacy to find out the answer of why I was waiting for so long, I did not believe I couldn't get it sooner, plus why did they not let me know I had to wait several days.. Unbelievable!
