My partners prescription was received by the chemist on 29 April 2024, we are now on 03/05/2024, and still no meds, this includes his diabetic & heart meds, chemist does not deliver on Saturday & is closed Monday for the bank holiday, these meds were ordered in plenty of time,

I called to collect my regular medication and the shop was full of customers waiting . it was not untill someone shouted for attention to the 5 staff in the back that 1 actually came out to see what they wanted. Then after few minutes a second came out after waiting now for over 10 minutes I was able to request my medication and dispite the surgery sending it out four days ago it had not been actioned then they discovered that only half of one of the items was in stock. Having used this chemist for over 30 years and always given excelent service by the previous management who would always have medication ready and would deliver items not in stock the same or next day. I feel that since the change to the new owners. Any concept of customer service has gone out the window and although there are more staff there than ever before. None of them have any intrest in the customer and are happy to spend their time chatting in the back rather than doing the job they are being paid for. I will be taking my custom to another chemist in future.

Always been happy as staff always been friendly and they have meds in stock but recently had incorrect advice given by pharmacist and when i had a problem with med from different manufacturer not working she didnt care and said there was nothing she could do! Not willing to pay another £9.35 when they should give u same med as before!!
