I attended for a vaccination, all the staff were discussing TV personalities and did not notice me and then two assistants asked in succession if they could help me - no real awareness of what was happening. The pharmacist made little eye contact during the vaccination process. He seemed rushed but there were no other customers. He was watching his mobile phone off and on during the process. Little in the way of interpersonal skills here. I had to initiate hello /goodbye I’m not sure it was responded to.

I was getting fed up waiting for my prescriptions, each time I go there they have never got my prescription on time. I have to either revisit or phone. I have been let down so many times. I now use a local chemist near me. Just disappointed the treatment they give out. The pharmacist is always grumpy!
