I placed an order at the beginning of May. I realised I had provided my billing address but delivery address was not requested- nor to tick a box that delivery and billing address were the same. I emailed them and I only received an automated email. More than 2 weeks later I have received no goods. I tried to contact them via their chat and it was not available and again I received an automated email. There is no contact phone number on their website. I strongly suspect this is not a legitimate company and I am sharing my experience to help others avoid loosing money and time.

This site / company must be a scam. Shame on me that I didn't black listed it before when first time this happened to me in 2023, when they didn't deliver, they answer only 1 time promising delivery within extra 2 weeks, then when contacted again they never reply anymore and they don't even refund - lucky I paid via Credit Card and I made a claim against Ayp charges.... even though all the hassle to do that is not a good time spent. So - this time, I ordered on 6th of May. Delivery says about up to 5 days. After 8 Working days, I emailed them. They replied after 4 days saying that they are extremely overwhelmed by orders in this busy time of the year (what?! is it Christmas somewhere and I didn't know?). They said they'll try to dispatch (not deliver) up to the end of next week - that means 2 weeks as their reply was on a Monday. After 2 more weeks (standard fake reply / lie) I emailed them again. No reply. After another 1 week, I emailed them again asking to cancel and refund. No reply. After 3 more days I filed a claim charge back on Credit Card. Scam Ayp Healthcare. I definitely block this website in my browsers and share my experience on every reviews I can - shame on me to have waited trustfully for so long.

I placed an order at the beginning of May and payment was taken immediately. However, one month later the goods have still not been received and emails are not answered.

I ordered some eye drops on 3 May, with 3-5 day delivery period. They still have not arrived. I have sent several messages and all I get is a deafening silence. The NHS needs to drop contact with this company asap as they seem to be taking customers money and not providing the goods.

I placed an order on 23 April with Ayp Healthcare and, despite repeated requests by email and chat lines over the last 6 weeks, I have not been sent the product or a refund. They are not answering the phone. This company should be listed as untrustworthy. If anyone has found a way to get their money back, please let us know!

Same as other reviewers on here - Ordered 25th Apr and funds taken immediately with the promise of a 2-5 day delivery but not dispatched . The company are not taking phone calls nor do they respond to online chat and have yet to respond to my request to cancel the order . I will be approaching my credit card company to see if they can recoup the cost, luckily not much but that's not the point

My prescription never arrived from order in March. Cost of order circa £20. I chased up by email and received an email explaining some issues with their warehouse. Still order. never arrived, so sent a further email and received the same automatic message about problem with their warehouse. Eventually, I was offered a refund which I accepted. This however never arrived despite numerous chasers. I've not been able to call them as they don't publish any tel number. My advice, go to another on-line pharmacy. These guys take your money and disappear with it.

I placed an order for eye drops on 1st March. It is now 23rd April and I have received neither the eye drops nor a refund despite repeated requests by email which have received automated replies with apologies, excuses and promises to dispatch within 2-4 working days. The telephone line is 'not taking calls at the moment'. The price for the item ordered was competitive, but looks like it was false economy! It seems from other reviews that this is a common experience with this company and I would advise strongly against using them. From their Website 'Our undying emphasis on superior customer satisfaction compels us to provide a smooth and seamless shopping experience, thereby fostering healthier lifestyles for individuals........' Not in my experience!!

Ordered items on 6th March, chased them on 3 separate occasions and promised that they would be sent out. On the 20th April I cancelled my order and requested a refund, I have had to chased them again today for the refund.

I placed an order online on 22nd March and it was a calcium and vit D supplement that needed to start ASAP but still awaiting. Asked for a refund so I can buy from elsewhere but have not got any reply yet. Very frustrating and disappointed service.
