Indifferent dispensing staff who would rather chat than deal with waiting customers. Slow. Inefficient and poor customer service Attended today and was left waiting when staff chatted about personal life

If you have heard of the term “organised chaos” omit the word organised and you have Badhams Brockworth summed up in one word. On occasions a queue outside of the door. Several aborted trips before prescription is finally fulfilled. A sinking feeling as you walk in as you know the experience is not going to be enjoyable. Previously a prescription was ready when turning up to collect, now it seems that it is made up on the spot when collecting even after presenting the prescription a week earlier. This used to be a great pharmacy I don’t know what has gone wrong, perhaps a victim of their own success. I hope it improves or other options will have to be explored

I received excellent service from Badhams Brockworth. Their telephone communications being particularly impressive. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but, that's to be expected with a busy pharmacy. Overall, I'm impressed with the staff and the service they provide.

Unfortunately this pharmacy is not as good as it used to be. They just cannot cope with the demand and are making too many mistakes. My medication was mixed up with someone else's and I ended up with their Class A medication. Repeat prescriptions are never ready when you go to collect them so you end up waiting 20 minutes at least. More staff and better organisation is needed

Went into badhams brockworth today and the new staff are wonderful and very helpful especially in the current heatwave we’re having right now! Very polite and cater to all the needs of everyone coming in.

Great service today from the new staff in there. Very helpful and quick service better then the other pharmacies I’ve been to!
