I had to wait a considerable time for my prescription because ( like most of the times I've been there ) they haven't prepared it in advance even though I have ordered a few days beforehand. Their system seems so disorganised as they seem to be looking at different shelves and through baskets to find items. I tried calling them to check it was ready but even though the message said that I was number one in the queue I still waited 10 minutes. When I got home from collecting the presciption 1 item was missing without explanation. Not the first time that has happened.
