Poor communication. Incorrect telephone number listed on google and NHS web site Waited hour for medication Then medicine was incorrect This is ridiculous and I will not be have my medication sent here again.

I am at present sat in chemist wasting for medication have been ringing all day no answer while wait which I was told that will not be ready for a hour some one else came in was told not ready for 1/2 hour then next on 15 minutes I rang the phone whilst there. No answer but as soon as phamisit came back phone started ringing what a joke

terrible service that undermines the doctor's competence. She didn't want to look for medicine. She told me that it was the doctor's fault because there was no medicine. Even though the NHS app showed me that the medicine was available for collection. I moved my whole family to Picfords next door, great service.

I have used this pharmacy for the best part of two years. In the last year I have been spoken to with no respect, rudely told that the staff errors are my fault. The staff are rude, unhelpful, stand offish and discriminatory. They open late, ignore the phone, leave customers stood without help, stand chatting about previous jobs giving better Christmas bonuses, which I am sure they would deserve one if the last 20+ google reviews where above a 1 star. I have been told to order my prescription early to ensure my medication was in stock. When I did this they ignored the prescription until I ran out and called them, where I was told 'if you have the prescription sent to me, I order it and it will come the next day. You don't have to keep ringing all the time, I am capable of ordering it. ' Which I thought was ironic since she clearly is not, or I wouldn't have to order it two weeks prior and continually ring to ensure she's done it. In the past 6 months, I have had nothing but issue after issue with the staff and stock. My advice is avoid this place like the plague and if the staff see this, please improve your customer service skills or find another job where you have zero customer interactions. We are ill people, doing our best to get by, we are the people that pay your salary, speak to us with some dignity, and respect. If I could go without, I would just to avoid this place.

Obtained some antibiotics which I required urgently via the 111 service. Although very late at night, the pharmacist and assistant were both very efficient, helpful and kind. They provided an exemplary professional service. I am very grateful.

I had a prescription sent from St John's group practice this morning for Duloxetine 30mg When I came 9am Ish was no pharmacist I tyred to get the attention of member of staff To just get the script and take it somewhere else but got completely ignored This is a new medication for depression which is extremely bad at the moment I had to go one week without anything so as can imagine my mental health anxiety high I had to go into Dr's and get them to print it off which the duty Dr did for me so I could go somewhere else After I'd been back into Dr's and Pickford's You were then open so I popped into to try and explain why I was trying to get her attention Completely understand cannot give medication without a pharmacist but surely could have given me the script She was very rude; I have asked for the prescription to be sent back to Dr's surgery And I am now going elsewhere for my repat medications as that has been unnecessary upset and stress

I have been going to this pharmacy monthly for several years. The service is getting worse no matter what time of day you go there are queues into the carpark.They can never find my prescription & today I was told I must now order a repeat prescription 7 days before its required then call in to tell them I will be collecting the following day to ensure its ready. Today is the final straw, I will not be returning

Went in 2 pick up a prescription my dr told me i could get here they had it in stock they needed download it on spine. Gave my details then after 10 mins the pharmacist came out waving my paper startedshouting at me id gone to wrong place i should be at pickfords tried explaining what id been told by my drs and was rudely told you didnt hear them right go to pickfords get it then i will do it. Went into pickfords spoke 2 polite young man explained it to him he went to the balby late night pharmacy himself and came back and told me they had the medication in all day but had just run out. Nobody was in when i left and the pickfords is only next door. This same polite youngman said the tablets i need they will have tomorrow if i can nip back. If dealing with the general public is such an issue for her at Balby late night chemist then i suggest she finds a job where she doesnt need to speak to people or if shes staying in that job needs to be given a lesson in how to treat people. Sign in chemist says about being polite to staff rudeness wont be tolerated. Surely this works both ways
