Rude rude rude pharmacy, with the exception of the two ladies. The men are disgustingly rude. Picked up a prescription and was unsure of what the dosage meant so I rang to ask them which they could have helped with, as I rang the gp prior to them and as the gp was unavailable to speak the receptionist said to speak to the pharmacist as they could help. Got told from the pharmacy to speak to gp and tell them to do their job properly!!! I’ve thankfully now respoken to my gp who are great normally and gave the right advice as a pharmacist should be able to help with simple matters. I have told them what this pharmacy has said and I’ve now also removed this pharmacy as my main collection point as I pay for my prescriptions. I will also be taking this matter further and reporting this matter to the General Pharmaceutical Council as they didn’t like the fact they’re a duty of care and it seems they simple don’t care as long as they have some sort of money coming to them. Avoid it at all costs. I’ve heard so many awful things about this pharmacy from the lack of duty of care, rude service, mocking of patients who are vulnerable and disputed but today I have seen and heard it for myself. This pharmacy needs to go.
