Review titled False advertising/refusal of services available
Rated 1 star out of 5

I chose to attend this pharmacy because they advertised having an accessible bathroom available to customers. I have access needs and so required the use of this service. I was refused access to their bathroom. I explained I chose this pharmacy because of it, the pharmacist let her colleague know all of this (as it was all happening where we could all see and hear each other) and he also said no. I was then also told I can’t be let through the dispensing unit. Why advertise having an accessible bathroom that customers can use, if you won’t let them use it? It makes no sense. What you are also doing by not allowing this, is exacerbating people who are ill is symptoms, unnecessarily. I was and am beyond annoyed, frustrated and irritated, upset and nearly got angry, understandably, but held myself, because I would not have chosen this pharmacy if I’d known this would happen/be the case. You need to do better, because the service was not good at all, due to this. Luckily the service I received was short, so I didn’t need to stay longer than necessary, despite being by the same people who denied me access to the bathroom.
