I reached at least 15 minutes before my appointment. Duly filled the farm still for some strange reasons they kept me standing for more than an hour. There was no first come first serve type of rule. Rather preferential treatment was given to some at the expense of others. I am not sure about rationale of that preferential treatment. For future I will definitely avoid this pharmacy.

Visited pharmacy for repeat prescription and asked to have a private meeting with the pharmacist which was extremely helpful…

Pharmacist was able to diagnose bacterial throat infection and proscribe antibiotics, saving the need to wait for a GP appointment.

Banstead Pharmacy handled a stressful situation for me with efficiency and speed. I would highly recommend this pharmacy

When I ask for a repeat prescription they have never failed to do this. They also let me know by text when it's ready and that's within 2-3 days. They pick up the phone when I call; so much better than the previous pharmacy. Great service when you go in. Lovely to have this level of service back in my area.
