   Attended this Pharmacy to collect a prescription. This was approx 5:25. I walked into a dark shop. Heard someone say there’s a girl in the shop. Then was told we close at 5:30. Asked what I wanted and when I said my prescription was asked ‘was it urgent’ I said yes, blood pressure tablets to be then asked ‘had I taken any that day’ another person then proceeded to check through the basket, found my prescription and then got the already put up prescription and handed it to me. If it closes at 5:30. That’s fine. However the fact that customers will still expect to be served up until the closing time this shouldn’t happen. Staffing hrs need to be reviewed and customers not made to feel like I did
