I attended the pharmacy to collect a prescription the dr had sent down,on arrival I was told that it had accidently been sent to Lloyds direct a delivery service, the way the pharmacist spoke to me was in front of customers and made me feel very uncomfortable and upset and anxious, I was told they are a family business and I am using a million pound company instead of them and they deliver but only to people that are not mobile and unable to.leave their home, she did not know my medical history nor my health issues or how much effort it had taken me to walk into there, a month on I am still affected by feeling embarrassed and humiliated infront of others and will not be going in there again, I very rarely leave the house because of anxiety and pain, I think that perhaps working it that environment the owner should perhaps consider people's circumstances and be a little more empathetic in future

After struggling to get my medication from another pharmacy I came here and they struggled and told me they can’t get it , then the next morning a missed phone call which I returned to hear the pharmacist telling me he can get it for me and that he looked into it again and tried and got them that same day . I didn’t expect this to happen and I give a big thumbs up to him and his team keep up the good work and thanks once again for going out your way and that extra mile to achieve my medication which I’ve waited a very long time for I shall be using barnt green pharmacy from now on 😃👍

Not my normal pharmacy but would recommend. Friendly, polite and efficient. I went for a prescription but the shop is well stock with a variety of goods that you expect in a chemist.

After scrambling around trying to find my medication which is currently not available, this chemist went the extra mile in helping me source a lower dosage on prescription. They also kept me informed on when my dosage should be back in stock. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and understanding service. Thank you
