Staff were so helpful and made me feel super comfortable and safe expressing my reason for visiting the store with no judgement. I would recommend this pharmacy and the two members of staff I was in contact with were so lovely.

I went with my son and the phamacy was great with him. She was able to perceive him what he needed and able to get him better fast. Much easier and faster than sitting in the walk in centre. Massive help. We often get medical treatment from here and we have never had a issue but the new government scheme should definitely help with reducing waiting lists for drs and walk in centres.

Even though the medication I needed wasn’t in stock( quite rare injected drug) the lady helped so much, she liased with 111 on my behalf to ensure I had my meds for a 7am appointment, this was 10pm, when my regular pharmacist had closed and didn’t reopen until 9am. I’d got my dates mixed up and this didn’t come into any of the conversation, it was dealt with, quickly and efficiently in a non judgemental,friendly and professional manner. The prescription was organised in Leeds and both pharmacies worked together to help.Thank you so much, both Batley Pharmacy and Al-Shafa Hill Side Phamacy, again thank you.

Was dealt with very promptly. Pharmacist was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of causes etc before moving to prescribing antibiotics. She provided lots of information on the medicine prescribed and also what to look out for if symptoms didn’t improve or if other symptoms occurred. Overall, very pleased with the service and the approach of the pharmacy and fully recommend them!

I took both my poorly kids on a bank holiday and was seen quickly. They were prescribed the antibiotics they needed. Fantastic service and will be recommending to all family and friends. Thank you.

Had an issue with my left ear thinking it’s ear wax and was having a buzzing sensation. Spoke to the pharmacist, completed a form and had my ears looked at right there & then. Excellent service and not costly. Would definitely recommend this Pharmacy having used them in an emergency before over Xmas.
