Insect bite has become infected, seen within 5 minutes. Prescription recieved within 15 minutes, Perfect se4vice from the pharmacy

What a time saving service!! Much quicker than the doctors for minor ailments. Batley Pharmacy saw my daughter who had a really bad throat within minutes of arrival, she had a throat infection and received antibiotics, all within half hour. The care and professionalism was brilliant, instead of needing the day off work to fight to see the docs I went in an hour late. Great option for the NHS and the economy.

The lady serving me and taking the check up of my leg was very helpful and she explained about how we can save time to go to pharmacist with certain issues and saving time to wait at GP or wait weeks for GP appointments. People need this type of quick service. Also the medication was on site didn't need to go to a different venue, not like when you go to a GP usually the pharmacy is not on site.

Having visited the pharmacy late on a Saturday for medicine to aid a sore throat, chesty cough etc I was greeted and seen by the pharmacist who examined me and was able to prescribe a course of treatment. Such a great service

Presented at chemist with tonsillitis, it was quick and easy and didn’t involve a long wait to see the GP for antibiotics. I was asked questions, examined and prescribed antibiotics

I use this pharmacy coz it’s open till 10 Great service lovely staff and found about the new service pharmacy first ..I was in agony I was so grateful with the help and advice given.🫶🫶🫶🫶 outstanding

The chemist was lovely very caring and genuinely concerned about my wife, even at 2215 after probably a 12hr shift still giving her full and undivided attention 👏👏 why can't Dr's be the same???
