Attended pharmacy for Flu Vaccination. The 2 seats provided whilst we waited were in a state of disrepair. The seats were split with foam poking through where patients sit. This is not hygienic so decided to stand. Certainly not acceptable. I won’t be using this pharmacy again. Please replace the seats.

I turned up at the pharmacy for my Covid and flu booster jabs as I am in the at risk group. The man on the desk I take it was the Pharmacist hadnt a clue what to do.Others were already waiting as well. We all filled out paperwork for our personal details. After still waiting for a long time,and in this time the man never gave any jabs yet five of us walked out.

I called the pharmacy at 9.50 am to enquire about free delivery of prescriptions. I spoke to a vey pleasant girl/lady who answered all my questions and said I would be added to the drivers list. An hour later at 10.50 my prescription was delivered! That’s what I call service, very impressed

Since this pharmacy changed from Lloyds to Battlehill the services have been amazing. I would highly recommend everyone to use this pharmacy as the staff are very helpful.
