   I am sorry but if you open at 9am the pharmacist should be there. The excuse of the pharmacist comes from 20 miles away and struggles to find a parking place is not good enough. The pharmacist should set off earlier to ensure they are there when the pharmacy opens. If I turned up at work 10 minutes late I would be reprimanded so I ensure I am at least 10 minutes early and have time to take my coat off and make a drink so that I can start work bag on my start time. Tardiness does not give a good impression to the public. This has happened a few times now and simply isn't good enough, hence my review.
