Unfortunately there has been a drastic reduction in quality this pharmacy since the new owners took over from Lloyds. Particular issues with rd prescriptions where the staff are unable to use their system properly meaning multiple calls to the GP to ask them to do normal repeats as the pharmacy can generally cope with these. Shop also looking very shabby since takeover with empty shelves, damaged information leaflet holders etc. Currently only accepting card or exact change, suggesting they are having cash flow issues if they are not able to hold a float.

I had to leave Boots after 10 years because of the waiting time when getting my monthly prescription, the girls there are brilliant but they just don’t have the staff for the work load. Biggleswade Pharmacy is brilliant they even deliver which is great, I don’t spend hours of my life waiting any longer.
