The staff at the pharmacy supported me with a problem I was having with my medication order and went out of their way to be supportive and kind. Great service by lovely people

I've visited Billings a number of times the last few weeks. The first time they were able to recommend a throat spray for myself and more recently have been of great help to my son. First they recommended some drops for ear ache, then provided advice when I was concerned how long my son's fever had lasted and then today were able to have a look in my son's ear and provide more advice about next steps. Brilliant to have Billings in our area. Would recommend.

Named as a pharmacy open today as a walk in for Covid jabs. Waited in general queue for over 15 minutes to be told they weren’t doing them till next Tuesday! Had driven 10 miles to get jab what a waste of time!

I just wanted to thank the staff today, I had a poorly little girl sent home from school and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so kind and you could tell how she really wanted to help. I brought my daughter to billings and seen a gentleman and lady pharmacist. They were so busy but made time for my little girl. It was the best service I’ve witness from the nhs in years. What a lovely team. Went away with the treatment she needed and they took their time to explain what was wrong and what to do and not to do. Honestly great service. I couldn’t rate them more highly, thank you x

A member of the staff at Billings Pharmacy went above and beyond helping me yesterday. As she could tell I was stressed with trying to get the right prescription she phone my doctors for me. She waited an hour before getting through. She then made sure I was able to get some help with my query. So kind.
