I’ve had many dozens of occasions in the last six months to use the pharmacy’s services, frequently in close cooperation with the local medical practice. I consider the service to be outstanding - helpful, friendly, & reliable. I’m aware that a couple of users have found some aspects not to their liking (eg repeated asking for identification details) but such matters don’t bother me. To the credit of the pharmacy, a specific experience that they’ve introduced me to is the use of Dosett Boxes for the dispensation of a complicated medicine regime & the system is a great help. I’ve no hesitation in recommending the pharmacy.

It's the 4th time I've been told that diabetes Libre sensors are owed in my prescription. I'm allowed a certain number per year (14 days per sensor, 26 per year) so to be told multiple times that they only order the sensors when one appears in person... Being told on Monday by text that, "Your prescription is ready" and, several days later, that no sensors have been ordered makes planning life even harder than having T1 diabetes; "Come back after the weekend, so maybe Monday?" I'm upset with the partner pharmacists, not with the people telling me that it's a badly-run pharmacy; the previous pharmacy, bought out apparently by the new pharmacy, was extremely well-run. The new one on Bingley Road is chaos (just write your name, NHS number, street address on this slip of paper, is a constant requirement)

Me and my family had been using this pharmacy for past 20 years. Never had any issues yet since the change of ownership its awful. Absolutely clueless not organised at all. Will be going elsewhere from now on. All ways struggling to find medicines. Rang today to express my feelings but was told no member of management are in till Monday. Was very defensive and not willing to listen. Was made to feel it was my fault

Sadly this pharmacy is used as the 'default' for Saltaire Medical Practice. Since the pharmacy changed hands to current staff the service has been appalling. They rarely have stock in but will fulfil part prescriptions and leave you waiting endlessly for items (2 months and still waiting). You then can't get items from another chemist because they have 'fulfilled part of the prescription'. Staff tell you to call to check when items are in but never answer the phone and the message service is always full. One member of staff overwrote my prescribed medication item, presumably to one they had in stock, thankfully i knew that this was not a suitable like for like swap and pointed out to them that they are also not allowed to do that. The only way around it is to ask the GP surgery for another prescription that you can pick up and take to another pharmacy - what a terrible waste of GP time and resources. Outrageously poor service and sadly the only local pharmacy we have now. I will be asking Saltaire Medical Practice to remove them as my default chemist.

This chemist is not good at distributing medication. You try to ring and a lot of the time you have to spent a long time trying to get through to them. It takes more than one attempt to get medication delivered. When you get someone to collect for you, they are stood in the shop for quite some time. I am hoping this is just teething problems as this is a new chemist but it has gone on for some time now. Again today I had a script delivered and the items I most needed haven't come when they told me that everything was ready to be delivered yesterday.
