   One of my items was changed without being informed on collection and as a result it wasted a supposedly ‘low stock’ item as well as being labelled incorrectly. I queried this with the pharmacy and was told my item was difficult to obtain. Having researched this I find it is available elsewhere. Since the change in staff at the pharmacy standards have dramatically dropped
