    The pharmacy owner called me to apologise and explained what and how they have advised the staff on the incident. He was honest and frank, he followed it up by sending a box of chocolates and a hand written note with it. Although I can't eat chocolates, the gesture was beautiful and forced me to write this comment. Thank you very much.

    The pharmacy delayed delivery of my critical medicine by 5 days, when went in to pharmacy the person at the counter had no decency to even say 'sorry'. I'd have lived with delay as we humans err at one time or the other, but in healthcare you got to understand a critical med is a life saver and saying sorry for your fault is not the most difficult thing in the world. Going to someone who are a better at health care service
