After some awful service from my previous pharmacy who wouldn’t make my meds up in a doset box and constant problems with the ordering of my meds , forgetting to order the most common one I decided Id had enough. I have to take a fair bit of timed meds so often had to go without for a day or 2 in some cases longer I made the switch to Birtley pharmacy Harris bank around 2 years ago Since I started using Birtley Pharmacy I can honestly say there has not been anytime I’ve ran out. They immediately put me on a doset box which is delivered every week on time a couple of days before I run out. I really can’t thank or recommend them enough with having Parkinson’s it is a real help to know I don’t have to worry about when to take what . My meds were initially sorted out when the practice was under Lloyd’s . Same excellent service during the switch over. No doubt it’s a team effort but service is impeccable, Thank you all for you help over the last couple of years Thank you
