   I was sent to this pharmacy as an enhanced pharmacy first option by 111. I arrived early, I was the only person in the shop. The pharmacist came out, I explained that I was unwell and had an earache, sore throat, chest pain and fever. She asked about other symptoms but not about my background health conditions. I asked her if she was going to examine me, she said no, she would just give me antibiotics. I have hearing loss so was very worried about my ear, even so, she refused to look in my ear. Is this a medical service? Or just a way to distribute antibiotics through the back door!?!... When I told her that I was allergic to penicillin, she rolled her eyes. I am elderly and have various health issues. Uncaring service, not fir for purpose.
