   I went to collect a prescription which I needed before going away. They told me they hadn't received it. I contacted my GP who confirmed that they had downloaded the prescription an hour before I went to collect it. I now need to contact them and tell them to return the prescription so I can collect it elsewhere. But noone is answering the phone and I have no way of contacting them. Very very poor.
