    I had an acute prescription sent for acute onset pain by my GP and 2 weeks later informed by the pharmacy that it was still not issued. On further enquiries informed it had just downloaded from the spine that day and that this was due to ordering on the app which I didnot then this this was a delay in it being sent by GP despite me being able to access my health records and seeing this was not the case. There should never be a 2week wait for acute prescriptions or people would deteriorate and be in severe pain.

    We have used this pharmacy from it opening and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and reassuring. I'd like to say they were exceptional during the Covid pandemic but they were exceptional before, during and after. The pharmacy is usually busy, which in my opinion reflects how popular it is, but the staff always greet you with a smile and a helpful attitude. The delivery drivers are friendly, helpful and considerate too. We always recommend Blue House, based solely on the experience we've had and really can't praise them enough. Keep up the excellent standards!

    Very bad service Buy over counter medication & ask what it for & who it’s for, say its the law. But I can go in to any supermarket and buy the same medication and no questions ask at all. It not a prescription medication so don’t ask. Bad costumer service, also would give info to complain to.
