Not a review exactly, more of a suggestion. How about updating your opening hours on all online information about the pharmacy? I have now had two wasted trips to pick up prescriptions as the information is clearly way out of date. Not finding out the pharmacy closes between 1300 and 1400 until you actually get there is a bit late.

This pharmacy was the best in Cornwall and I have no idea what’s gone wrong. You go to the window and you get ignored by four members of staff who are packing the shelves. I don’t even get a wave as if to say I’ve seen you there I will see you in a moment. Last week I went to collect morphine for my mother who was at end of life and I stood for 20 minutes outside the window until I eventually thought I’m going to have to ring the bell . Today again, a gentleman was standing by the window saying he thought they were asleep in there and I told him he needed to ring the bell which he did and then someone came went to the window. Again no one came to me as it was my turn. They look at you and look at you and look at you. So you have to ring the bell. We don’t like to ring the bell because we know they’re busy they know we are there but they ignore us. I understand the pharmacist is as busy as can be, but there are three members of staff in there. Why can’t they just appreciate that you are stood there, it’s takes a second to just put your hand up as a wave to let you know know that you do exist. This is so sad as Bodriggy pharmacy were just the best very sad indeed. I ordered a repeat 8 days ago and it still hadn’t been made up! We do as we are asked and order in plenty of time, it’s a pity this is not replicated. I am sorry to write this but something needs to be done.

The prescription I went to pick up was not in stock, so I was told it would definitely be in the following day, which would have been ok had it actually been there the next day. It wasn't and I was told they would send the details to a nearby pharmacy so I could get it from there. Also not done despite my being told on the phone and in person that it would be. Now closed for the weekend so the patient has at least three days without a vital prescription.

I put in for a new prescription last week go to the pharmacy to be told today it’s not been done got to wait for half an hour for my prescription it’s a joke this pharmacy and the pharmacist is rude keep giving me glare’s we should not have to put up with it
