Very bad Went in for a repeat prescription only to be told it’s not there Bad communication and needs to listen Had to go to surgery to get a urgent prescription and treated with no apology and for their error Completely unacceptable

Consistent very long queues due to staff shortages. Insufficient amount of medication held in stock. Closing times vary & inconsistent. Lack of communication between surgery and pharmacy.
