   Both ladies that I spoke to today during my visit were rude towards myself and other customers. They were dismissive of anything we had been told by the doctors. This is not the first time I have been there recently and it has been like this. They are not organised, they are always missing items from prescription and behind the counter is such a miss it's no wonder they cannot ever find anything. They talk about other customers once they have left, they are not a professional team in the slightest.
