   I went to get a prescription for my son after receiving a text saying that it is ready for collection. I was queuing and people who arrived after me were served first. I was totally ignored. When my turn finally arrives, the assistant decided to offered help to someone that was even queuing. Shocking. This pharmacy is struggling, always late delivering prescriptions and obviously Boots need to educate their workers regarding customs service. I will change pharmacy. Awful customer service.
