   My partner was booked in for a flu jab at the end of September. When we arrive we are told the system has cancelled his appointment and he can’t have his vaccine. The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful but vaccinating people who turned up with the appt time my partner had. We then got it rescheduled for Monday 3rd October. My partner turned up yesterday to be told pharmacists don’t work that day and he would not be able to have a vaccine. The manager was extremely unhelpful and rude, didn’t offer to book him another vaccine, but quite frankly we will never return to this pharmacy. Awful customer service.
