   27 years with my local pharmacy, staff always excellent. On holiday and had to go to Churchill ave in Skegness only to discover the most work shy boots pharmacist of 2024. At 5.20pm, she advised me to phone 111 knowing that they wouldn't be able to provide a prescription on time, then insisted at 5.30pm that I contact my own doctor, when she knew most doctors close at 5.30pm. Then accussed me of being rude and not wanting her help. Given my experience, I am seriously considering moving my business to another pharmacy in Scotland.
