  1. Review titled Rude staff with no compassion

Rated 1 star out of 5

This week I've had a horrendous experience in boots. I was not informed at all by anyone that repeat prescription was no longer being used, on Tuesday this week waited two hours to be told my life saving heart medication was not there, my doctor's surgery told me boots should of informed me. I accidentally downloaded an app, and as a result pharmacy for you wouldn't deliver to boots, I don't want my medication going to my home via royal mail as they repeatedly deliver to wrong address. .I waited another two hours on Wednesday to collect my heart meds, nothing was there. I had an anxiety attack. One member of staff was lovely to me. Unfortunately she was not there today. Asked for my meds again to day she said I'd have to wait again and I wasn't only one waiting for meds. , I wasn't the only one sick in weymouth.then she put on crocodile tears in an extremely manipulative way to make the whole situation worse, telling staff I had been rude to her, others joined in, I felt ganged up on .I was threatened with a ban ,all this because of their initial error. Not one member of staff showed any compassion towards me being seriously ill, recently had a stroke caused by a blood clot in the brain, and I have another heart condition. My heart meds are life saving . I cannot go to another chemist im disabled and don't drive. To treat a member of public like this is outrageous, im an OAP

I had arrived in Weymouth for a weeks holiday with an almost empty steroid inhaler. After explaining how to get help by phoning 111 for a repeat prescription , the staff helped me even though it was past closing time.I got my meds the very next morning otherwise I would have had to have cut my holiday short and return home.Thank you to the pharmasist and staff.
