    I recently visited Boots pharmacy department (Cambridge Retail Park CB5) and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had a prescription that I was eager to fill, but upon arrival, I was informed that the medication was out of stock. While I understand that shortages can happen, the way the situation was handled left much to be desired. The staff member was not only unhelpful but also seemed indifferent to my concerns. I expected at least a simple apology for the inconvenience, but that was not the case. Instead, I was met with a lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. Customer service is crucial in the healthcare field, and it’s disappointing to see such a lack of it at Boots Pharmacy.7 I hope they can improve their communication and customer care in the future, as it significantly impacts their patients' overall experience. I would recommend looking for another pharmacy where you can receive better service and support.
