I took my 18-month-old for a chicken pox vaccination. Unfortunately, the pharmacist was ill-prepared and repeatedly left the room for significant periods, causing my child to become increasingly anxious. Additionally, the pharmacist prepared the needles in plain sight, which further distressed my child. It was evident that the pharmacist did not recognise the importance of creating a positive experience for a young child, whose interactions with medical professionals at this age can shape their future perceptions of healthcare.

Totally overwhelmed or just disorganised, had the misfortune of my GP sendingy prescription here several times, and without exception it's been unbelievably slow, on every occasion my prescription has never been ready, today they received my prescription 7 1/2 hours before I went to collect and it wasn't ready and on the previous occasion it was 3 days before I went to collect and they still hadnt done it, it is clear their policy it to wait until you come to collect and then put this prescription together whilst you wait generally around 40 minutes. May not be the staff but the service is awful and needs addressing. All of my prescriptions will go elsewhere from now.
