   The local boots at Bradmore closed in March and the customers had to go to the Boots at Merry Hill Wolverhampton. The queues for the prescription were very long and waiting times half an hour! The chemist badly understaffed. There was no one available to hand cash to to pay for items as they were run off their feet with the prescriptions . Very bad organisation. If one wanted to view items one couldn’t because the prescription queue was in the way. Something must be done to address this as this is not a service!!
