Booked a flu jab, stood in huge queue for half an hour in a dirty store, only to be told all flu jabs had been cancelled. Wasn’t informed prior to appointment and no sign on door. Was informed there was no pharmacist to do it, yet there was clearly a pharmacist dispensing drugs. Don’t bother using this store!!!

Over the last few weeks my family and I have had 4 different days where we have had flu jabs booked the first they cancelled on the day, no alternative time given, they said the shop had to be closed due to covid in all their staff, despite shopebeing open later in the day, as observed by close relative. I then cancelled 2 jabs for family members 2 days later, one of whom was high risk, no alternative given. Then today the worst- appt booked over 3 weeks ago, reminder received only 2 days ago, arrived queued in shop to be told no flu jabs are being given, they have stopped doing them. No advance notice, no alternative arrangements made. Will not be using Boots in future!!
