Review titled Poor service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by NT1 - Posted on 07 June 2024
This Boots is listed in the NHS website as one of the pharmacies that offer free covid tests for clinically vulnerable people but when I asked the pharmacy they were rude and said they offer no such thing and that I have to pay for it. I've always found customer service very rude in this branch and their pharmacy is very inefficient even when there are very few customers.

Review titled Poor service and bad manners
Rated 1 star out of 5

I had the misfortune of attending Boots in Ealing broadway shopping centre merely to collect a repeat prescription. Firstly my prescription couldn't be found. When it was eventually found I was told that I'd been prescribed one item out of five. Upon further investigation the staff found that they were infact wrong, It then took them another half an hour plus to compile my prescription. Even then they were one item short. No apology was offered, And when asked why it took so long to collate my items I was arrogantly informed by one member of staff that they were busy! And I wasn't the only one who had to wait unnecessarily, A very poor show. Staff blamed each other for the delay. Shocking.
