NHS 111 referred me here for an emergency prescription. The person on the till quickly told me they didn't have stock and I'd have to go elsewhere. I has the NHS app in front of me with a list of things that they were supposed to do in case they couldn't fulfil the prescription, they didn't even try! I had 2 items on the prescription, 1 of which they had but didn't offer until I insisted. They didn't check with other pharmacies, branches or NHS services as per their obligations and just told me they couldn't help and tried to "serve"the next customer until I stood my ground. Clearly this place is run for profit and not service, I will avoid this and all other Boots from now on, shocking! Every person in the queue in front of me had a problem with the service provided here, clearly my experience was not a one off!
