   Their listed opening hours on Google are wrong, which caused me to try and go there for my prescriptions and have to walk back with nothing multiple times. Because of the state of my health, unnecessary walking is really bad for me, and makes me unable to work for several hours after I come back. I have been seriously set back in my work because of redundant trips to this Boots. I tried calling them to complain and have the hours corrected, but nobody picked up for 5 minutes. It wasn't even a queue, just no-one was there.
