   A prescription for an analgesic I had not been given before was sent to Darlington boots 27/03/2024. When I went to collect it later in the day I was told it would be 48hrs before it would be ready . I obtained a printed copy of the prescription from them and while visiting Penrith today was able to have the prescription dispensed by the branch of Boots there in 20 minutes. I know Darlington is busy but something needs to be done to sort out the system.
