   The GP practice sends prescriptions electronically to Boots pharmacy. Unfortunately, their pharmacy is unable to cope and it takes several days for them to have the prescription ready to collect. The latest was 6 days and when I rang, the prescription was still not ready. Be aware that you need to ask your GP practice well in advance for your needs.
